    newbie

I was wondering, if there is anyone I can talk to privately, about some problems I have been having. I know we are not supposed to publicly complain about a casino, and honestly, I am fairly new to all this, so maybe I am just not understanding some things, which is totally possible LOL.
Anywa, I was wondering if anyone has the time or patience to give me some advice/help?
    cheers
    Lilly

You are OK to post problems you are having. It is frowned upon folks using nasty words and name calling. Just keep the casino name out at first, then members will read your post and chime in with advice.

Or, if you know anyone here, Private Message him or her with your problem. You can find PM info in your user CP in the top left corner of the page.

    Welcome Lilly

What Jod said - just post the facts about your problem without naming the casino (for a start anyway) and we will all try to help you!

The best way to avoid problems with casinos is to stick to the Casinomeister Accredited list found here:

Welcome to CM lilly. See up top where it says I-Gaming Forum Reps? Many casinos, including ones that are not accredited, have CM reps to help customers with problems.

Send them a private message (be careful not to leave a PUBLIC message on their wall with personal details) with your real name and account number, and most will get back to you in a reasonable length of time.

Welcome to the forum lilly. Another player from ontario here.
good luck to you. As another player suggested, post your concerns, just leave out the name of the casino. State the group name if you wish, microgaming or realtime.

    Lilly,

I don't see so well either. Use as large a print as you need to make your points. As I told you before in your other thread, the paragraphing helps people like me to read your post!

Oh, all capitals are considered yelling, if you didn't know.
