Hi all,
I accredit casinos that meet the requirements to be on the site (which are listed on the Casino page) I also take player input to heart as well - and this is very much appreciated. Especially since I can't keep tabs on every casino that is listed 24 hours a day.
When you receive bad customer support, I need to know. I need to know so I can let the operators know that they have a problem they need to fix. I take this to heart since all the casinos listed are affected as well.
When you have crap service, let it be known (tactfully of course), and please contact the casino rep here as well. This way we can cover all of our bases, and that's what makes this community strong. we keep each other in check
