no news... does it mean is good news?

G'd evening Casinomeister.. Sure hope I'm posting this in right spot, if not... reprimand and direct me, ok?

I am wondering if you have heard of "DaVinci's Gold" casino, if so good or not so good?

Have problem re posted rules &d regs listed on website (or lack of clarity, and yes, just read your comment bout making sure crystal clear) don't know if it's valid prob or just my interpretation. I searched the website, read rules and regs regarding bonus etc. and only found mention that the casino "reserves" the right to request documentation for deposits and withdrawals, does not say "requires" and there is no link anywhere to download documentation form. Have found this request for documentation in many casinos if player makes deposits via credit card (never befor for using Moneybooker or likenss of)

Offer is for $12 free chip, with playthru and a max of 5x's bonus withdrawal. Played, fulfilled required playthru, won. Asked customer service what was required to withdraw winnings to Moneybooker acct. Reply was, make a required $20 deposit to verify Moneybookers acct. and then request withdrawal of deposit and winnings. There was no mention of requiring documentation and now that the deposit has been made, playthru req. met they require documentation to be filled out, I then had to ask to have it sent.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not asking for help in this, just want to know if anyone has approached you re their policies. I thought I was doing good by "Google search" and reading carefully their rules & regs. and asking customer service what was required, double verifying with customer service and then... grrrr

So, would appreciate if you know anything bout this place. I did a CM search and only came up with archived news from 2004 and back and nothing specific to this casino that I could find and nothing current, no negative in google search.

Bad enough I read in forum I'm SOL with Virtual (prior to and the reason for my google search for casino reviews ultimately sending me to you *lol*) but now this... double grrrr

Again, only looking to find out if you know of others with similar experience.
    Thanks

DaVinci's asking for documentation before withdrawal is sent is standard for Rivals until you have been a regular player for a while. Everything they asked you to do is standard with them. As far as screwing you around about payout, you don't have to worry. You will get paid. Now how long it will take them is another story. All the Rivals except Sloto'cash have/are having payment problems. One week all will be well and you will get paid in 48 hrs. Next week's withdrawal may take a month. But you will get paid.

I have had a few withdrawals ( Divinci is one of my favorite rival casinos) and they have always been in my QT account in 48 hours. I have heard of payment problems but knock on wood I have not encountered any. I hope all goes well.

    Thanks 2 U both

Just a quick "Thank U" to both of you for your input, I don't mind the request to do the documents so much as I mind customer service not stating it up front, however, I'll do what they ask, after all, $85 will give me a little more play, right

    Again, thanks to you both!
