withdrawl time at sun palace casino

i just made my first deposit and withdrawl today at sun palace casino which was accredited at this site.

I chose the money order withdrawl and they told me it would take 3 weeks. I feel that is an excessive amount of time for a good casino.

please advise.

There's 2 reasons why I believe this group should be looked at and perhaps removed from the accredited list.

1. 3 weeks withdrawl time is just nuts... and not only that but they *couldn't* send me my withdrawl via my asked for method (Instadebit) and so they took it upon themselves to request a check withdrawl.. which did get here but cost me to cash. I never did get an answer as to why, I gave up after 2 bounced emails and the check arrived.

2. Even if you don't claim a bonus whatsoever, you STILL have to wager your deposit 5 times or you pay a "fee" when you withdraw before wagering requirements are complete. Not sure how big the fee is, they say it varies by method used. Honestly, I probably would have gone back if it weren't for this bogus rule.

This casino still hasn't paid and on many occasions when I go into the cashier history section, I get error messages and it won't load at all. Really don't see why this is an accredited casino. Based on their 3 week pay time frame and other things, I would never deposit there again.

As I explained you, withdrawals take approximately 2 weeks to process. I am also glad that you will be receiving your winnings during this time frame. By Friday our Financial Department will send you the information of the details of your withdrawal.

I send you a PM about them a week or so ago, havent heard from you. Having to wait 3 weeks to get paid sucks, but their 5x bet before being able to withdraw is really stranged.

Sorry, thought I replied - realized I was using telepathy.

They 5x has been mentioned somewhere here before. It's to eliminate money laundering. People who will launder money can make a deposit with one method, and cash out with another. It costs the casinos $$ to make these transfers, and they are not set up to act as a bank
