If so, how to I access the ones other then the latest?

To answer your question - yes. But there was not one when I was on the road in London, and the London ICE special edition should be out by Monday at the latest. The other 2006 bitchin' newsletters haven't been archived yet. Sorry

How should the newsletter signup work? I tried to sign up in Feb 15th when I submitted a PAB, and when I entered my email and clicked the button a pop-up window to www.topica.com opened up. I filled in the form and submitted, but have not received the last two newsletters.

Should I be getting the newsletter after filling in the topica.comn form, or is there some other procedures to it?

I did not receive any confirmation email in my inbox, and I also scan all the titles/summaries of the spam box on that email address before deleting the contents. From what address does the confirmation email come from?
