Can anyone help with inChilli?

Hi guys! My first post in this section

I have had no luck at all trying to contact the inChilli affiliate team www.inchilliprofits.com
They don't give a phone number - only an e-mail facility on their site.
I've sent lots but never had a reply.

I got my affy payment for November (my first month), but am still owed for December and January.
My payment method is Neteller - do you think that could be a problem?

Anyone know what is going on & how to contact them?

Bryan, is this something you could help with?

The trouble is my player(s) are still playing there & the amount owed is growing month by month (obviously didn't read the advice on my site properly ) and there's nothing I can do to stop that.

I don't wish to use up Bryan's valuable time unless as a last resort. I have one other possible means of contact to try - if that fails I could well be finding out what this PABing is about!

You need to PAB because that's what it's there for. I don't consider this a waste of time if it's a legitimate complaint

I actually had a response from them today, but when I replied, his email bounced

I don't know exactly how much CM had to do with it, but I assume it was his intervention which helped me out.
