Just a fair warning that Thomas at Tradition casino is not aware of his own terms and conditions or he is and thinks he can get by with blackmailing affiliates! We have contacted him asking about our earnings small as they are they are still owed and why we have not been paid for a few months and this was his response I think you will all get a kick out of this...

He clearly does not realize how hard I bite!! I think he is very confused on the difference between a negative from cashouts which is what my stats reflect and a chargeback.

We have carefully reviewed your account and this is what emerges :

2009/10 : 171.14 = Paid

2009/11 : -608.10 = Not Paid

2009/12 : 57.80 = Not Paid

2010/1 : 52.50 = Not Paid

Unfortunately, in November there were numerous chargebacks for the traffic

sent, so the Adjusted Net Win is negative for this month.



That is what happened for December and January, as your commissions did

not fully offset the negative carryover, according to the terms and

conditions.



The current balance of your account is -497.80.

However, this only happened on November, your conversion rate is good at

7,5%, your average since the beginning of your subscription is $223,48. So

we are confident that with more traffic sent, your account will quickly

become positive again.

Your exclusive rate of 70% every 6 months, on your best month, will also

Maybe we could make an effort on our side to decrease the carryover or

EDITED to add that we reviewed the Tradition terms this afternoon just incase something was to happen to them and low and behold look what has changed this evening all of the sudden!

Negative credits are not carried over the following month. If for a given month you get negative commissions after players’ earnings are superior to your commission earnings, you will start all over again on the first day of the following month. We refuse to give negative carry-overs as we wish our affiliates to always be motivated in their job promoting our online casino.

Then, before to launch and accept our 1st affiliate, we changed our mind and decided to apply negative report ; banners and texts were changed, exepted our FAQ and i apologize for this, really...

"none affiliates has subscribed in IGAMING.PRO with the first texts & designs saying that there is not negative report. These texts & designs never been put online because it was an off-line version, NOONE NEVER saw this version, excluding FAQ that we forgot to upadate.

We launched our website in 20TH JULY 2009 with texts & banners saying that we will apply the negative report. In other words, BEFORE to launch and accept affiliates, we ALREADY changed our texts and banners, so all our designs & texts (excluding FAQ) was explaining that negative report will apply.

So, since the site opened, we never change one word or design : everyone signed up with negative report appliance."

I have an "uncomfortable situation":
A player I introduced to your casino won $15,868 off $400 in deposits in December & January.
If you have NCO it means I probably wont get any commission from you until NEXT YEAR - if then...
Sending more players to your casino for no commission when I could send them to any one of dozens of other casinos (who don't have NCO) and get commission makes me very uncomfortable.
Can you solve it for me?
