Be careful with Betclic

After more than 3 days Betclic not credited yet my balance with the deposit I made. They not replay to my emails.
I already contacted MoneyBookers and waiting an answer..

I think it's a big party at Betclic..everybody must celebrate the Christmas!
Nobody there to answer to my emails!
Almost 1 week to verify 1 transaction ID and to credit 1 account..but the party still go on..and still waiting my deposit

Finally I received the money to my bank account, but the received amount was exactly 17 EUR less than I had at Betclic. And they promised me that I will receive the full amount without any fees etc. When I asked them about it, they told me that the full amount from my account was successfully processed and sent to my bank. It really looks like that the problems with them will never end. If I want them to check this further, I have to send a copy of bank statement that shows their transaction.

Of course, 17 EUR isn't a significant sum for me to lose time going to the bank for some statement, making a copy and sending it to Betclic. I'm not sure that I will do it at all. I just want to say that instead of giving some compensation for 2.5 months of waiting they couldn't even send me the money from my account in full. I have nothing more to add, really...

Betclic disappointed me today.. I made few hours ago one deposit using Moneybookers..and the deposit was not credited yet..After few emails sent nothing new.
I must say until today all my deposits was instant, and payments in 24-48 hours..
I googled about this problem, and I find many complaints regarding this problems..some deposits are not credited in accounts..
So I think you must use this casino with precaution...

Probably a good time to remind the viewers at home that the Googling should be done BEFORE you deposit.

They clearly couldn't give a stuff - I referred this thread to them and asked for comment - not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement.

And that was before the Christmas spirit is supposed to take hold!

I'm not a new player at Betclic..I have few deposits there and few fast cashouts(24 hours), and support was ok.
My experience with Betclic was 8/10 until this episode..
And be sure I google everytime I open a new account to a new sportbook or casino. It's true new players must use Casinomeister Accredited list and make some extra google serch about the casino/sportbook before depositing .
But I repeat , I'm not a new player at Betclic and my experience with this Sportbook/Casino was excelent until now.

Just wanted to update that I receive finally the deposit..few days ago.
But Betclic lose me like a player..
