especially funny "will be resolved at the earliest convenience." - did not have time for 4 months?

Thank you for sending the documents.

I do understand how aggravating this has been for you when your query is not addressed instantly and I am deeply sorry that it has taken so long to straighten out this issue.

On checking the details we see that, we are already forwarded the documents sent by you to the accounting department. However, please be rest assured that this will be resolved at the earliest convenience.

We truly appreciate your co-operation and understanding in this regard.

If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

    Have a nice day!

Clear case of stalling. It NEVER takes this long to "review documents", they are NEVER going to pay you, and hope you give up in the end.

This clearly illustrates why there are "many MANY issues" with them, they can't even get the simplest procedure done after FOUR MONTHS!!! It would shame even Virtual group casinos, who will sometimes pay up after 2 to 3 months of constant excuses and badgering by the player just to get rid of the issue.

The affiliate rep MAY be able to help though, as they may have a contact with the player side. The accounting department may also be handling both player and affiliate payments, so the affiliate manager's contact there may be able to find out about a player problem.

Affiliates should not even be promoting this sportsbook if there are so many problems with them. It is likely that affiliates will be looked after, even by a group that routinely screws over the players, hence "glowing reviews" on affiliate forums, and "many MANY issues" on player forums for the same operator.

    This sports book issue.

So why isn't this player getting paid? Is it because he's American? Should the police in this country be involved or a criminal lawsuit should be filed against this company, or against the manager of the sports book?

When crooked people in this industry get dragged out in handcuffs or by the military, this will change how these companies do business.

You wouldn't be able to do this type of business, if it were a grocery store or another .com company that deals with people, like say Amazon or Ebay.

Online sports books want a better reputation, then you got to pay up like other top .com companies do to their customers.

So unless the army or police or FBI are involved and arresting people, they won't care.
