Betfair closed my Account... no reason

Hi,

last week I opened a new account on Betfair.com... they advertise with 20% better odds and I wanted to try one of those betting exchanges anyway. So I signed up. Deposited a little bit to try it. And of course send in my documents, as I always do before bigger deposits.
As respone of my document mail, my account was closed... I use the same scan of my German ID card for all the other Casinos, Betting and Poker sites and I never had a problem with it. It is a good quality!
Now they closed my account. Without an obvious reason...
has anybody experienced the same? Why do they do that?

Yes I have seen that in past. But it happened with a guy with multiple accounts. If thats not the case then you need to call them personally that will help you out. And explain the whatever happened. And if needed scan a copy of your passport and send it if they ask for verification again.
