    Problem with Sportingbet

I hoped that there will be no reason opening a thread here again, but i was wrong.
I used to be a client to sportingbet since 2006.Lately,they changed some things and you could log in only to your country site. For that reason,i could log in only to sportingbet.gr.But,because the sportingbet.com has much more games and options i wanted to find a way to be able to log in this site. So,i was told that i have to close my account in the greek site and open a new to the english site. That's what i did.I contacted the customer support to see if everything was ok and they confirmed everything was ok.Here is the chat on 11th of August:

Yesterday i faced a problem depositing, because my credit cards needed to be registered again or something. So,i contacted the customer support and look what happened:

Mate i can tell you know that every single person is asked for the same thing. You do need to verify all your credit cards and they want a utils bill and drivers licence. I have been with Sportingbet for a few years and have no problems what so ever. I can assure you they are on the up and up.

I am friends with the day shft supervisor so if there is anything I can pass on then let me know.

It is a Northern Territory racing and gaming commision requirement that you submit these detials. they are regultaed by the N.T government of Australia.

    Hope i helped you
