Cirrus would be the culprit then... I took a N/D bonus a long time ago. Never deposited and certainly don't plan on it. They seem to be making money from other ventures anyway! (i.e. selling customer databases - or maybe they only sell the Name/Address/Phone Number of customers who never deposited... )

What I am saying is that whichever way you entered the group i.e. at cirrus, or royal, you will be cross-marketed to by each of their properties. This is how your details get shared with the other casinos in the group to pull as much value from you as possible.

It happens all over, but some groups do it in a more favorable fashion than others...
