    What were the Patriots thinking?

Trade moss now, which causes a big dropoff at WR.

Patriots were one of the top 3-4 teams in the AFC and i think trading moss, has put them a step back now.

Why not just keep moss and see what would have happened in playoffs?

He was a cancer beyond control. They hadt o get rid of him. He was so upset about not getting a contract yet. He reverted back to the old Randy Moss. He requested a trade after the 2nd game. What does that tell you? Then during halftime he gets into an altercation with the quarterback coach, was that what sealed the deal for the trade? Probably not. On the way home from Miami, belichick went to the back of the plane to talk to Moss, and Moss dissed him. Other members of the organization tried to talk to him and it was the same deal, Moss dissed them also. Next morning he was traded. As much as a weapon Moss could be, its better to have a younger energetic player in there than a half ass cancer. Sorry to see him go, but it was the best for the team. Lets not forget that Moss has been a distraction his whole career everywhere he has gone. When he went to the patriots the first question was, could he fit in? Well he did, and I am quite surprised that he fit in for so long. But now it became all about himself and his contract, and enter the real Randy Moss. Such a shame.

    Wink

I'm glad for randy that he got traded to minnesota, the jets are gonna wipe the patriots clean so they won't be going anywhere. Minnesota however is still very much in it if they can win tonight. They can still easily win the NFC North, and now they've got the deep threat that favre so badily needs.

And wait till rice comes back, then favre is going to have so many options its gonna be damn near funny, you can't double cover both moss and rice so one will always be in 1x1 coverage. I'm still not quite sold on the bears, i think at about week 8 or 9 they are gonna crash and burn, as for the packers the defence is good but the offence can't do much of anything.

Vikings will win the NFC north and face the giants in the conference championship. Vikings will win and play the ravens in the superbowl, vikings will win the superbowl 24-17...

    mark my words..

Im still not sold on the Jets. If there is any team that can get it together and perform better than the Jets, its the Patriots.

Mark my words. Favre wont make it through the year. Hes one minor injury away from retiring. And now on top of it all Favre is more interested in being in the porn business than playing football. We will see what happens tonight, it will be interesting.

And by the way if I am wrong on my Injury prediction, and he can keep his arm going the Vikings will be a threat. But last year was a miracle and your asking for a miracle to repeat itself.

top 1 or 2 now - without moss. this could be a superbowl team, although the defense is still jeckel and hyde.
