Who wants 96 teams for March Madness?

I am totally against this. I dont think we need to change from the 64/65 teams we have now.

    Thoughts?

I'll preface my remarks by that I no longer watch college basketball intently. I have some appreciation for the sport, and do participate in various pools in my local pubs.

It just seems wrong to me. I don't even start watching until the Road to the Sweet Sixteen, and not until Final Four do I make a point of catching the games.

I don't know how that will work in a mathematical progression, but it just seems like messing with something that is not broken.

Perhaps by enhancing the number of teams, they increase the viewer base of home team rooters. After all, it is ratings and commercials that really drive professional sports, not the sportsbooks.
