Go here: http://www.spywareguide.com/blockfile.php and download the blocklist.reg to your desktop, then double click it, it will add a string/key into yuor registry that will block over 190 'pests' from ever loading into your system, and if you are already infected with some, it'll kill the ones it protects you against.
