I won 3106 EURO back in August 2014, they asked for documents which I sent.

My ID has just expired and they asked for my new ID. In Germany it is a process that takes time, right after I received my new ID I sent it.

They sent an email they are not going to pay because verification process can't take according to terms and condition more than 45 days.


They were blacklisted in Gambling Grumbles but it didn't help me getting paid, I hope here it can help me get my winnings.

In their last email they said it is my problem that when I registered my ID was expired.

Thank you for your emails.

Unfortunately we have to inform you that according to our terms and conditions: "the player is fully responsible for taking into account the Terms and Conditions before they would request a bonus or bet in the Casino".
So therefore we are sad to say that it was also your responsibility to have the ID document ready beforehand also due to the fact that our terms state that at any time, and for various reasons the Casino may require the player to provide documents for account verification.
Thus, after 45 days the rule from terms and conditions, saying "Shall winnings made with the help of bonus shall not be successfully withdrawn within 45 days, from the first withdrawal request, they will be voided" had applied.

"Herzlich Willkommen" to CM and sorry to hear about your troubles.

Vegas Berry doesn't have the best reputation with long withdrawal times and you should avoid playing at this outfits. They are not accredited here at CM, hence, not much CM can do to help. I don't see many chances to get your money, since it is in their T&C's. I only hope you did not deposit too much.

This sentence in the T&C is not grammatically correct and there are other errors, too, which is not a good sign. This term is outright evil, since it gives the casino an incentive to delay processing the payment.
