Good example of "No good deed go's unrewarded", springs to mind.

A pure example of why I would never play a free chip. I would hate myself forever if I hit something big on a max cashout.

At least you will make the wagering though and you get a cashout for nada...

Well done :)

DO Not Deposit
Wagering Requirement of Sign-on Bonus - minimum of x75 times of the bonus + deposit amount

If a player has won using a non-deposit bonus for the first time, he/she is allowed to withdraw a maximum $150. If not, all subsequent winnings using a non-deposit bonus are non-withdrawable.

If a player got his winnings using a deposit-related bonus, he/she is allowed to a maximum of $50,000 subject to payment procedures as outlined in Section 9 of this terms and conditions.
Withdrawal amounts $2000 and under will be paid to the player in lump sum. Any withdrawal amount more than $2,000 will be paid to the player in maximum increments of $2,000 based on whatever agreement there is between the player and the casino.

Don't know anything about this casino. I would expect though that there would be a max withdraw amount from free chip. Contact their support.

On another note I did have a look at their t&c's and spied these gems. This term does not bode well for this outfit in my view.

(1) Non-deposit Bonuses
Wagering Requirement / play through – is a minimum of 75 times the bonus amount.
You may refer to Section 10 of this terms and conditions for the rules and guidelines regarding the maximum withdrawal and on Section 9 for the payout procedures.
Consecutively redeeming non-deposit bonuses is prohibited. The casino requires a minimum amount of real-money deposit of $25 to be made in the interim before a player is able to redeem another non-deposit bonus. Percentage of wager placed on selected games that counts towards meeting the wagering requirement will applies. The percent of contribution per game is carefully detailed under the "Game Wagering Table" - on the sections after these promotional terms.

Below is the section they are referring to:

(10) Monarchs Casino provides and uses a shared industry database of promotions abusers. Promotion abusers are those who make use of promotional moneys to dishonestly gain from promotions that are offered by the casino that do this with the good intent of gaining loyalty of players. Promotion abusers have the habit of accepting bonuses, and then they wager the minimum amount required, and then withdraw immediately. If a player is seen as part of this database, and is intentionally a promotion abuser, the casino has the right not to grant any claims or redemptions of the abuser. Also, the rules of Section 4 of this terms and conditions will be applied to the account of the abuser.

This screams dodgy outfit to me but I could be just paranoid:eek:

They do not look trustworthy to me at all. Powered by TopGame, licensed in Nowhere, poorly written FAQ and T&C, live chat does not open when I click the button, the only contact phone is in Netherlands Antilles, and it is displayed as an image so you cannot easily google it, but if you do, you find it is listed as a number for various companies.

Further, the "Banking" section only lists the deposit methods, so they don't even bother telling you how you make a withdrawal. I am afraid you wouldn't have received your 50k even if you played off a deposit.

But here is what you can do: play different games at max bets, feel like a high-roller, make some crazy winning screenshots - at least you get some moral satisfaction :)

And I am sure if it was a progressive jackpot that you hit the money will just disappear and will not be reset to its original pre hit balance.

I don't like the look of this casino, Top Game and look at some of those T&Cs, I'll be staying far away.

Just out of curiosity though what made you decide to play a progressive slot when you were playing on a Free Chip?

It wasn't a progressive slot.
I started out w/ 400 and since it was an accumulation of free chips I just moved the bet upto 125 for S&Gs, I won 800 and kept the bet the same, then got all wilds and everything got way out of hand after that.

I'm not too stressed b/c I haven't won anything in awhile and they said they'd pay me the 150 as long as I send in my docs.
So I'm okay.
What can you do.

least you had a bit of fun and saw what like it is to win big , but hate to say it but you just said it was from $400 of an accumulation of free chips so id be very surprised if they do pay out £150 after sending in documents as it states a deposit must be made between each free chip.

Well let us i you do get the 150 without a deposit, If they ask you to deposit than just stay away, You will be lucky if you have not deposit as they state no consecutive free chips,

That sucks. I thought because you said Jackpot that it was a progressive. That was probably the first time you ever got five wilds online as well. I'd hate that. When I take free chips or NDB then I generally only bet the minimum on medium variance slots. The thing is you want to win enough to hit the max withdrawal but not too much so as to avoid getting bitten on the bum. I've played quite a few free chips on Top Game casinos (never managed to cash anything out) which slot did you hit the five wilds on? At least you get to cash something out so look on the bright side :)

Monarch Casino_ Does anyone know what "no strings attached" "NDB actually mean?

Monarch Casino_ Does anyone know what "no strings attached" "NDB actually mean? Will they put my balance back on since my request was rejected? thank you everyone for responding. Wasn't sure to dispute it since they had approved everything prior and THEY said my payout balance was 666.62 even after my request was submitted and a check was to be issued. Debating still if I should file a complaint or just suck it up and take the 150 payout even though they stated the amt and I have proof still. Thank you again, your website is very helpful and non bias. any advice before I suck it up?

I dont know if you really can trust this casino.

Look: Outdated URL

Isnt it a bit doubtful if they are offering so many no deposit bonuses ?
