A link spammer amongst us!

Ok, recently, I was accused of link spamming, having a spam network, using cloaking scripts, using blackhat SEO, being a front for Russian spammers and other things, which were not proved by real facts. My main mistake was that I took Bryan's alphabetical list of rogue casinos without his permission. But I have already apologized for that and I've already rewritten this page and added a link to Bryan's list. Ok, this problem was closed. I have never had such issues because I'm not a content thief, I took only a list of casinos and it was my main mistake which has been learned.

Ok, but lots0 continues accusing me of all these things without any real proofs. Those thread was closed without his apology. And I thought, is it ethical to accuse persons of different things without real proofs. Of course, no, so I have decided to know more about Brad Bristol ("lots0"), who is considered as a SEO expert. He is an owner of lots0cash.com. So, I typed "lots0cash.com" in Google and what I've found:

I also got turned down for membership to the GPWA because of content and/or technical issues.

And moreover his site had problems with Google.

Ok, also look at this page xhttp://rap4.com/s/search.php?query=Sniper+Paintball+Gun&type=and&res ults=20&search=1. You will find nothing about lots0cash.com, but look at the source code and you will find this :

When I clicked on this link I was informed about Attack.

Also look at this page xhttp://babblue.hoxt.me/. You won't find lots0cash.com on the page, but if you look at the source code of this page you will find this line:

Ok, we may say that all we make mistakes, and earlier we didn't know so many about SEO and about link exchanges. And I agree that all of us could exchange links with untrusted sites. Ok, no problem. But please, look at the date of this spam comment

It was posted on January,10,2008. More than a year ago, when lots0 was a big SEO guy. No comments...

Just what does an SEO do - an SEO gets top placement in search engines for web pages - that’s what we do. Does it matter how we do it - NO. As long as the client is fully informed of ALL methods available their upsides and their downsides - then the client should make the decision, not the SEO.

And why does lots0 blocks Archive.org in robots.txt? Brad, what do you want to hide? I know it's not good and Search Engines do not like such block.

This going tit-for-tat is not making your situation any better. I think this should of been done privately instead of airing dirty laundry in this public forum. If you felt scorned then what you should of done is send an PM to Bryan and let him know what you found instead of doing it like this.

1. I am not banned at the GWPA. I just posted there in response to aksana.

2. My site has problems with google... So who's site hasn't?
I have a very long history with google. I have many many years of recorded discussions with and about Google.

Over the years I have had many direct and indirect discussions with google reps... I think I can safely say that Matt Cutts (head of Google's Quality control team) knows me by name.

As I pointed out at the GWPA, just now. I have only went by one handle over all the years... lots0. So anyone can google me and read just about everything I ever posted (no matter how stupid ) going back some 10 years or so, it is all listed under the name lots0.

Just one thing I ask... If your going to quote me... Please use the date. Some of this stuff is years and years and years old. The context of a lot of things was quite different then, especially about SEO, we were just trying to thrash out the "Ethics" of SEO back then.

If any of you bother to read that old crap about SEO ethics, I think most of you will agree I have not changed much over the years...

yes, I know that it's not good from my side, but those thread was closed. It was so easy to accuse me of being a spammer and blah-blah without any proofs, and the thread was closed, ok, it's easy to close this thread, but how about a small apology from lots0?
I've made a mistake, and I have apologized for that publicly. So how about lots0's apology?
And you are right, that this topic must be discussed privately, but how many GPWA members asked lots0 to discuss a topic regarding me privately? And lots0 said on GPWA:"but I don't waste my time trying to contact content thieves or spammers..."

All these years I've been earning a good reputation, now a one guy without any real facts accuses me of being a spammer. I think it's not fair.

I have nothing bad against lots0, and this post is only an example, that all we make mistakes, and all we remember our mistakes. Lots0 made a lot of mistakes in the past and now he has understood them, now he is a SEO expert, I read his interview on a one SEO sites, he really is good SEO expert. Ok, he is a good guy, and I didn't want to start this discussion again.

I have made my mistake with the rogue list of casinos, I have understood this mistake, and I will remember it forever. And after my public apology those thread ought to be closed, but no, lots0 started an aggressive war against me without any real proofs. And everything was fine!!!

Thanks to my friends, and those members, whom I didn't know personally, but they supported me, and defended me. But lots0, after all these posts, even didn't apologize. Is it normal? Is it ethical?

I'm hiding my physical address, and I started using proxy only a year ago. GPWA admins may confirm that when they reviewed my application they verified my physical address. I don't like when my physical address is visible for everybody.

And I again repeat, you made a lot of mistakes in the past, you had problems with Google, and your SEO was not very white, and you have learned your mistakes, and now you are a cool SEO guy, I read about you on SEO forums, and really you are cool.

But why don't I can have a such chance? Moreover I have never been so bad girl that to have problems with search engines. Only a one mistake was made by me, and you started so big war without any real facts. Is it ethical? NO! So, please, calm down, and apologize for your words. I'm not so bad as you think.

All these 3 days I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep, I couldn't work because I was accused without any real proofs, it was very offensively because I have been working for 4 years only on my site 777-online-gambling.net. I didn't use any blackhat SEO, I didn't use any cloaking scripts, I was not a link spammer. And one day all my work was called "spam network, blackhat seo site, cloaking site" without any real proofs. Is it fair??? I'm again asking you again "Is it fair???". You even didn't try to read my posts, and you even didn't try to understand me, yes, it's easy to accuse, it's easy to offend me, but I again ask you "Who gave you such rights to accuse me without any real proofs???"

First I'd like to say I'm taking no sides here but I would like to make a point. The technology that is available to us in this day and age can be used in many wonderful ways but with that comes a great responsibility, (probably bigger than we care to think about) in that we need to be very careful when accusing or alluding to someone's character traits or alleged misdeeds. In the heat of the moment it's easy to forget that someone's reputation and or livelihood can be severely effected by something that is publicly said about them. Remember what is written on the net will most likely be around forever.
