    Posting Screenshots

    Hi All,

I'm by no means new to the forum, but it's been a very long time since I posted a screenshot.

I've got a bunch of awesome ones, but I can't remember how to do it.

I understand the mechanics of uploading them just fine, but the filesizes are all too big. I tried a month or so ago and became frustrated and just quit trying.

I've used Irfanview to save them and they are all bitmap images, about 900k/each.

Can some kind soul please take a moment and tell me how to make them smaller and still legible?

    Thanks,

    Kevin

kmartinusa, you do not have to make any adjustments to them any more, I believe. All you have to do is post them through the link and it gets resized.

Pipe in here people, I want to see some screenies!

Resave them as.jpg and not bitmap...that's what makes the file size so big bc you saved them as a bitmap.
    Waiting on something interesting

Thanks so much. I posted them on the infamous "winners screenshots" thread.

There are at least a couple of duplicates and I know that I left a couple out.

It's been a wild ride to say the least!
