A pitty : your link is empty and your account dormant : a pity ...i used to have you book and actually read it in pdf but i lost it becouse a change of phone and i have been looking for your book again for years but it seems impossible to find and in costa ricas bookshelves either and purchasing it thru web i dont trust ...so : screwed up endeed ...but i read it anyway
