I am not filing a complaint using pitch a bitch since I am luckily not involved with this site personally, but there have been a lot of disturbing news about BetOnline lately and many players have started to consider them rogue. Here is a short list of links I consider relevant

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...-game-1092617/ -- a long thread mentioning unreliable software, slow cashouts with large fees, lying about sharing Action Poker's player pool (easily verifiable by downloading both Action and BOL software and checking tables that are running in each room)
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...16/index3.html -- not about BetOnline per se, but BOL claims it is independent although players have shown they shares its player pool with Action Network (see this ), and reportedly you can even sit at the same table by logging into BOL and another Action skin simultaneously. That is way out of line imo and opens a very easy possibility of cheating

Betonline agreed today to pay one of the players the $65,000 they owe him but there are a lot of issues here. The biggest one is that the software allows players to sit at the same table on the same computer. They are on the Action Poker Network but claim to be on a different one. The software has no safeguard preventing fraud while logged into the same skins. On top of this, they seem to be quick to lock accounts with any proof of any wrongdoing. They also do not seem to think discussing these issues with people is important.
