Watchout for Dimeline Poker

I experienced a long long long suckout run on the Texas Hold-em tables on Dimeline online poker site capped by a loss while holding a straight flush. While this suckout run was going on I watched others win regardless of the cards they played. I contacted customer support unhappily and request to be transferred to those players who were allowed to win. Robert Wilde the top customer rep responded by kicking me off the site and keeping my money!

IF ANYBODY KNOWS WHERE A VALID COMPLAINT CAN BE FILED AGAINST THIS MR. WILDE AND DIMELINE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

In the meantime avoid Dimeline....they are corrupt!

Their website is a trash heap and SBR gives them a D+. You may want to do some research in the future. As for their poker it is a Cake Poker skin which has had some issues but nobody has ever proven the cards were rigged nor has there ever really been any such complaints. Your post sounds like it is a level though. If I'm wrong then you just had a bad run, cool off and play somewhere else.

Thanks for the response. As for your remark that their Cake Poker skin has never been proven to be corrupt I question your absolute faith in any software system. As a husband of a software programmer I will relate to you what has been related to me and that is that any software program can be corrupted and made to do whatever the client wishes.

I don't claim to be a pro or even that good at poker but I do understand odds. The odds of my losing the way that I lost were astronomical. The way that the hands were played out clearly favored a few at the expense of the rest at the table. Check it out for yourself.

However my main point was this, if they are going to kick me off their site which is their right to do, then since I did nothing more than complain then they should return my money regardless of how small of an amount it was. They said they would. They lied. Is there any formal body where one can lodge a complaint?

Dimeline is corrupt! Robert Wilde is a liar and a thief! Avoid this site because if you play there you will get screwed unless you are one of the chosen ones.
