I PUT THIS ON HERE FOR THE FACT THAT MANY CASINOS AND POKER SITES ARE REGULATED BY THE COMMISSION AND IF PROBLEMS DO ARISE DO NO BE SCARED TO CONTACT THE GC THEY WILL HELP YOU OUT TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY. IT WAS VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I HAD TO LET OTHERS KNOW WHAT TO DO IN SUCH A SITUATION BECAUSE AS WE ALL KNOW FULL TILT SUPPORT IS HORRENDOUS AND SO IS MANY OTHER SITES.
Many have had no luck with Kahnawake, but there is certainly no harm in trying.
I complained to them once, and it DID seem to get results, but the casino involved did NOT make any attempt to communicate with me, I found out they had resolved the problem "on the quiet" after 2 months.
Kahnawake DID communicate with me though, and said they were giving the casino concerned 2 weeks to deal with the matter.
Their high dependency on licencing fees makes for a conflict of interest when it comes to them yanking licences, or refusing them in the first place. They did apply to be on the UK whitelist, but the application was turned down by the UK Gambling Commission. This should have been an incentive for them to be more player protection focussed, but little progress has been evident.
They would have a great deal to gain by achieving UK whitelist status, as when they failed, many of their clients jumped ship to be licenced in Malta because this would allow them to ADVERTISE more openly within the EU, something non-whitelisted casinos are not permitted to do.
