i signed up for an acct with nuts poker dont know if anyone knows it or has heard o it although it is part of the playtech group.I signed up throughan affiliate an well known one i wont mention here and i deposited £50.Now i was way too hasty in doing this because the affiliate i signed up through mentioned they DO allow UK visa debit card withdrawals one thing i always look for in an poker site.
The bonus didnt look bad but a few things struck me compared to other sites like this. 1 was you have to signup to see what the REAL withdrawal methods are..2 is the FAQ area of the site ALL links are broken and i emailed them regarding this and they totally ignored this in there replies saying they will pass it on to the relevant department.A week later still all broken. Another thing i always look for in a site is responsible gaming limits which i always set to save myself getting in the mood for losing but not even an self exclusion mention on the site or deposit Limitations.I have to say at the moment i would be extremely cautious of this poker room all seems very amateurish and after losing the £50 i closed the acct something would you believe they were unwilling to do.

Anyhow i emailed support as i said regarding the NO visa withdrawals..the FAQ broken links to avoid anyone else doing what i stupidly did and the deposit limit settings and the close my acct please and the reply i got was james your an valued member etc etc even though id been there less than an hour but NOT one mention of what i originally asked except we will pass on to the relevant dept.As i say id def avoid this place at the moment...
