You are correct, I want to get the word out when I feel a room has severely misbehaved. If you don't feel that changing terms on bonuses, rakeback and MGR over and over on existing agreements and spamming/shilling by upper management is wrong in this industry then I don't know what is.
Changing the T&C is their right under the law in just about every country on the planet. Poker Room Terms and Conditions are not written in stone. How many times has Party Poker, Full Tilt, Bodog or any of the others changed their T&C, without notice... more than I can count. Oh yes lets not forget the poker rooms that closed their doors or just closed American accounts without any notice...

What it seems to me is that just because Absolute Poker no longer wants Bonus players you have decided that they are shady. I don't think that is the case at all.

As far as Absolute Poker Employees Spamming... Can you show an example of the spam emails?

I watch the programs I promote very carefully for indications of them sending out spam, I have seen no spam from Absolute Poker. So I would be very interested in seeing any proof you might have that they have in fact sent out Spam. If you can show me where they have sent spam, I will stop promoting them.

Too be honest, poker room employees possibly "shilling" in some forum is not even on my list when it comes to concerns over rating or judging a Poker Room. I mean really, who cares, if a few people want to act childish in some forum. If Absolute Poker employees are in fact 'shilling' (and I don't think I agree with your definition of 'shilling') I'll bet my bottom dollar that kind of activity was not approved by Absolute Poker Management. This type of childish behavior should only reflect on the people involved, not on Absolute Poker.

Does Absolute Poker Pay on time, every time... You bet they do.

Does Absolute Poker ban collusion players... You bet they do.

Does Absolute Poker discourage Bonus Players... You bet they do.

Does Absolute Poker ban people that attempt to use them to launder money... You bet they do.

All in all Absolute Poker does not look so bad when you compare them to outfits like Party Poker. (BTW - I have Blacklisted Party Poker, because of the many many 'shady' things they have done over time to affiliates and players alike.)

I couldn't care less about whether bonus players are wanted or not, I don't play for bonuses at the limits I play. I guess the best way to compare what I am describing is signing up for a casino on a 20x bonus, getting halfway through clearing it and having the casino make it a 60x bonus even though when you accepted the bonus it was a 20x. AP did that with their bonus, why is that OK? AP has every right to change their bonus terms on NEW bonuses but to bait and switch players is rogue, I don't get how anyone can defend an act like that.

I think you are way off, Absolute does not discourage bonus players. Absolute has always been the place that gave away the most bonus money.

An example of spam is "Pokermachine at 2+2". Here is a link to his posts and he finally admits in his last post he is upper management at Absolute Poker and has been spamming.

    http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/do...h=1&fromprof=1

Tom was told on many occasions to come clean and act as a rep for Absolute. He refused and continued to spam and shill. He was busted out in public giving AP a black eye. Are you telling me it is OK for management to spam forums over and over? I'm sure it was approved by AP management because it was their VP doing it.

You are completely correct that a poker room has every right to change their terms. I disagree they have the right to change the terms on existing bonuses or affiliate/rakeback terms on players already signed up. Do you really think it is OK to agree to T&C's and have the other party change the terms without you agreeing over and over? Of course saying "All players signed up after today will fall under the new terms" is completely OK IMO. This way you can decide if you accept the new terms and wish to continue to promote them.

Did you know AP deducts deposit fees from your players whether they deposit or not? This is a great way to say "We will pay you x% of MGR" but finding a sneaky way to make it 5% less.

As I said, I haven't played at AP in years. They actually helped build my bankroll. I'm not an affiliate for them (unlike you) or for any poker room or casino. Just pointing out some of their rogue ways. I'm surprised anybody would defend them changing terms on existing agreements over and over.

Did you verify any of that? Like check IP addresses to verify he is who he says he is?

Or contact Absolute Poker Directly and ask them if this person is who he says he is?

Or did you just take a posters word that he is who is says he is and what he says is correct?

I assume you do know that people sometimes lie and play stupid childish games on forums...

Posting on a forum is not spamming. If you don't want the posts, ban the person. Spamming is sending out unsolicited emails.

    One last thing, it clearly states in the Absolute Poker T&C the following;
"20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT, MODIFICATION AND AMMENDMENTS.
You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as modified and/or changed from time to time. AbsolutePoker reserves the right to modify and amend this Agreement at any time with or without notice."
I did the bolding, But it clearly states they reserve the right to change their terms and conditions at any time with or with out notice. If you don't like the T&C don't play there... Oh ya, thats right you have played their in two years... That is four or five life times in Online Poker... Your way out of touch with Absolute Poker.

FYI- ALL the poker Rooms have this same type of disclaimer on their T&C's.

From what you have shown me, Absolute Poker did absolutely nothing wrong, other than piss you off by following their own T&C's.

You're right, all casinos have the "We reserve the right to not keep our word" terms. Also I can fully confirm and offer to wager that "Pokermachine" is Tom at AP. I can't say how because it is a way to nail people in forums that don't use their brain.

We will have to agree to disagree. Good luck at the tables. A few people are going to get rich off these BBJ's, kind of like a lottery that you pay between $.055 and $.125 a hand to enter. Just be careful, that really adds up fast.

    Lots0.

I will say u r a shill, a stoogie for the company. Pokeraddict is quite right in complaining. whether right or wrong. From my experience, every stoogie brings in a high CPA, talks like you in the forum when someone complains, then screws the company and moves on to the next employer, who is probably the same only another site.

I have many complaints, but its boring trying to answer to the same monkey tits. And what if I did? I would get a trained team who replys with BS.

Since september, we have all found out who the grime is. The gambling law was made to cut people like you, not to give you more clout.

    Str8 up question?

R u a kissing up looking for a payrise & trying to claim a scam or r u looking for a little trust in the industry & trying to improve the diminshed scene?
