MANSION and their CS gives me a headache

I had a problem getting a Poker promotion credited to my account at Mansion so I mailed them. They asked me to send the "original" promotional e-mail that advertised of the promo to them, which I did about 3 times. After two weeks of e-mail conversation that has lead to nowhere the issue has still not been resolved and I get this:

Hello <username>

Thank you for your recent contact.

We would like to advise you that you have been turned down for this promotion as you account Mike_Cannon has already been credited.

May we please request that you send us the original e-mail from Mansion telling you that you are elligible so we can investigate.

If you have any further queries or require any assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Who is Mike_Cannon ? That's not me. My user name was correct on the first line (I censored it). I find it very unprofessional for the customer service to misquote player's account name, and possibly divulge other's private information.

Also, they asked me to send the "original" e-mail once more again, which I had done already 3 times. Talk about a terrible customer service.

Wow. After weeks of e-mails going back and forth, I finally get an e-mail from Mansion stating that everything is ok.

PS. This promotion ended about 12th May, and according to the original e-mail the promotion should have been credited on 18th May, so they are almost a month late. GG in the end anyway and thank you forum, it somehows always helps when I post here.

Got to say all the experiences I have had with Mansion have been painful, their support has no knowledge of gaming or their current promotions and really dont seem to be that intersted about the work they do.

But spose they all know when Mike samporna gets board the company will be folding anyway!!!
