Sportsbook.com Poker Room - Beware

FYI - Sportsbook seems to have problems paying out to their winners. I recently cashed out $3700 and it has been 3 weeks that I have been waiting for a wire transfer their website said should happen in 3-5 working days.

Each time I contact their customer service, I keep getting the same song and dance of "you are in the que, I do not know when it will go out, but very soon, etc."

Beware of them!

Will

Sportsbook.com has been giving players the run around for 3+ months. Some players have been paid but not until waiting 2+ months. The sportsbook forums are full of complaints about them. The main skin on the network (Cake Poker) has been having serious problems paying players too in the last few months. ePassporte has helped Cake speed up but AFAIK ePass does not process for sportsbooks.

PA, I don't think you're doing them justice there to be honest. If you use NEteller there is no problem whatsoever, delays with other payment methods just seems to be a fact of post-UIGEA life.

Cake gets a huge thumbs up form me

Cake has severe software problems that need to be resolved before giving them a thumbs up IMO. Epass cashouts are taking about 3-4 business days which is not terrible but could be better. They have a lot of potential though if they can get their bugs fixed.
