    Does partypoker ignore spam complaints

    I have written to partypoker several times, because I keep receiving spam from the affiliate. I never signed up at the site and have never actually entered the site. I don't hear back from partypoker and I keep receiving spam from the same affiliate.
    A while ago I complained about another affiliate and partypoker answered and thanked me for reporting it and promised they would take care of it. I have never received spam from that affiliate again.

    So my question is, does partypoker ignore spam complaints if the affiliate sends them enough new clients?

    I doubt that they will ignore them as they need the good affiliates more than they need the spammer. especially right now. Report it to them. But with all the facts so they can address the issue. If it was found to be an affiliate spammer, they will kick his bum. I know this from personal experience with them.

    Just received another spam mail today from the same affiliate I have reported at least 3 times before. But I will report it to them again.

    Got an answer on the 4th complaint I sent, saying that they would take care of it.
    And today I received another spam mail from the same affiliate. Great job!

    Kenny, if you do not feel you are getting any concrete replies or actions from them, perhaps escalating this to Spamcops might help. Spamcop will notify them of the steps and procedures they need too take to avoid being listed by them. It is a very fair process.
    Also give these guys a go, I do not know them but saw this post.. http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ling-spam.html

    I think your complaints needs to be escalated at Party first. I also think the wrong person is dealing with this problem and not taking it as seriously as they should. I know them as a responsible company that will react to these complaints and cannot believe for one moment that they are not resolving the issue.

    @Chatmaster
    Thank you for the links. The link to the other thread in this forum. Don't know how serious they are. Seems like they signed up with just about all affiliate programs on the planet and they recommed all off them. For instance Slots Alley casino, which you might recognize from the rogue list. Just in case you were thinking about linking to that thread again.
    I think I will wait and see if something happens with this last complaint I sent to party poker. If the spam continues I will contact spamcops.

    A 'responsible company' are employing the 'wrong person' and they are 'not taking a complaint seriously'??

    Good job they arent one of those irresponsible companies then.

    Employing the wrong person has nothing to do with my statement Henry! I am not representing Party Poker nor do I have any idea of how their operation is structured to deal with spam complaints. However it is possible that this complaint needs to be escalated to a senior employee to get some action. I remember the same thing happening to me a while back and the issue was resolved very efficiently. It is however very important to provide all possible information to them to ensure they have enough amunition to act on.
