got into trouble because of pokerroom.com

do rogued kaave.com and accredited pokerroom.com belong to the same firm?

when you make a deposit to any of them "aqua pay london" appears on the credit card script as the merchant name.

i applied my bank and denied about the dwithdrawals made by kaave.com a few months ago . the withdrawals were cancelled by the bank.

now kaave.com applies the bank and wants back the payments made by them to my credit card. they claim that they were the returns of the withdrawals from my card.in fact they were my rightful winnings

a few days ago i deposited 50 dollars to pokerroom.com. then today they called me from the bank. the rep said" we are in dispute with the bank of "aqua pay london " overt your matter but you dont help us at all. you are still depositing funds to them . i said i did not . but the rep could not understand because the same name "aqua pay london" appears as the recipient when you deposit to kaave.com or pokerroom.com.

i wonder if they belong to the same firm.

I have "Aqua Pay, London" transactions from acropolis casino on my statement so I guess they process for lots of different casinos. Never had a problem with them myself.

You should just simply tell the bank this is a CC payment processor. Even they should have realized that was a possibility.

No, not the same firm, I've had AP listed in the past also...
