    Angry inetbet coupon policies

I have been a very loyal customer of inetbet for over 5 years. Being a low budget player I have always made use of their match play coupon bonuses and have played them in exactly the same manner the whole time. They found my mode of play completely acceptable uuntil this May when I actually made a little money(little being the operative word here. I cashed out about $500 on about $300 deposited). I received a complaint from them that I was not using the coupons "fairly" and they requested I change my ways. In order to placate them I made a bonus free deposit but sadly made money on it and cashed out about $100. I then tried to open a dialogue with them concerning how to comply with their rules but was told that my last cash out demonstrated I remained unwilling to play fair!! I thought that successfully completing the playback(if applicable) was all it took for the customer to "play fair' and the idea that I shoild play til I loose all my money ludicrous to say the least. I would be interested in your thoughts on the subject.

Any casino can decide to whom they offer promotions, so you will need to accept their decision.

If you really aren't happy, vote with your feet.

How does that have anything to do with his post?

One way for Inet would be to make the coupons more or less personal and have them delivered to the message box in the casino. Dont publish them in the newsletter or website. If you dont get them in the message box you are not eligible. Simple as that.

Well if you had read the post, the op was saying they have been excluded from promotions. Seems fairly relevant to me.

BTW what is a "ping raper"?
