not able to collect winnings

The casino from which I won my 20,000 jackpot is still in business from US citizens.. Quicktender is not, therefore my money is gone. Does anyone have a clue how to retrieve these winnings?? Is the online casino responsible?

Is the money in your casino account, or is it in Quicktender? If it is in the casino account, and if they have a rep here, contact them, I am sure they will work with you to collect your winnings. If it is Quicktender, I don't think you will ever get your money.

By the way, WTG on your win! What casino did you win this at?

From what i understood from you other posts the money is in QT,

From what i know, and from what i have heard from a few who have studied this situation there is very little chance we are getting this money back.

The DOJ seized there $$, The DOJ tells QT they can pay us back, but QT has no more money, and now since QT cant do any more business in the states theres no reason for them to pay us. I have also lost a very large amount, a lot of it getting transferred to my QT account about a day before they completely closed down. I feel your pain.
