moneybookers query

i decided last night to play a £100 at a mg casino

so went to my moneybookers and tryed to upload the cash into my mb account


on submitting the upload i got an error
it said "sorry there was a problem with request please try again

so i did and it said same again so wondered if direct banking was playing up

looked at support but was closed so had one more go

same message again and no funds in account so decided to leave it

about an hr later i checked my online banking and to my horror 3 x £100 were missing and stated to be payed to moneybookers

i rung the bank and they said all 3 payments were processed and funds were out of my bank account

there is nothing showing in my mb account at all

i have tryed 4 times today to contact mb but have just been in a que for over an hr each time(waste of time)

has anyone else had this happen to them

were the hell is my money lol

just had an email reply from them stating a bank wire takes 3 to 5 working days

funny as it stated instant and has always been instant before

nvm, misread...thought you were trying to get a wire from mb

I have been with moneybookers for quite a few years now,
and I am sure your money will turn up.
They do take a while answering sometimes,but always resolved matters to my satisfaction.
Don´t lose hope

I have used Moneybookers some years now and until the 3-4 last months, I did a banktransfer one day and have my money in my Moneybookers-account the day after.
Since this summer it has took 3 days and now it takes more, because I did a banktransfer 3 days ago and no money in my account..

NO more Moneybookers!
