Moneybookers account verification (documentation)

Hi.
My moneybooker's account is closed, they are asking documents from me such as passport/national id card/driver's license and utility payments copies'. I can provide such documents to them but there's one small problem, the living place address I have in my passport doesn't match with the address I have in my account, I tried to change it but as my account is closed I was not able to. Is it fine to tell moneybookers that I have wrong address in my account and ask them to update it or they will finally close my account and I'll have problems ? Can I expect their support team to update my address as I will have shown it?

You will need documents to prove that you have moved since registering your old address with Moneybookers. The first thing they will think when they get your documents is that you gave a false address when you registered. The next thing they will consider is whether their customer still lives at the old address, but that you have tried to use fake ID documents in order to take over this Moneybookers account, and have the details updated to your address.

If they believe either is true, and you can't prove otherwise, your account will remain closed.

Sending personal doc's by mail, doesn't that concern you? There's another thread where a Players account has been hacked at MB.

They send you some documents by mail, not the other way around. Its a pin code you have to enter to their website. If you are talking about verification documents, these are sent by email or trough moneybookers website.
