Okay I ve tried to fund my QT account ,as usual, with my cc.

I have 60 available on my wired plastic...so I deposited 59....denied????

Later I realized that the 5% fees were added to my deposit...which makes it 62+

It used to be... deposit minus fees...untill today.

I contacted live chat ...and I was told rules have been changed today

Im not what you would call/say a NICE guy when I get this kind of treatment.

So I told the QT live chat CR what I thought about the company he works for....my way of course

Anyway...just to keep you guys informed...from now on, fees will be added not subtracted(I hope you undearsteand what im tring to say)

untill yesterday...you would deposit ...lets say 100 your balance at QT would be 95...due to 5% fees.(subtracted from your cc deposit)


In the long run an added 5% wil cost the consumer a LOT more.........so THEY switched .....cause they are nice ppl.....

If I want t0 dep0sit $50, I actually have t0 l0ad my card with $53.50.

When I went t0 dep0sit $50, it said y0ur credit card will be charged with $52.50.

It's Netspend. At least that's what I use. I emailed QT and they said the exact same thing Kakata said.

Thanks but idiot that I am, I had to experience it for myself LOL. Had to get another 15 on my netspend to deposit full 50 forgetting totally all I'd read here earlier. So at $50 plus fee I was denied also. Oh well not like I wasn't warned. LOL ty.

I deposited before reading this. I deposited 53.00 and I was credited in my qt account 53.00. I wondered why the fee wasn't subtracted.

After reading the posts here, I logged into my bank account and the transaction was submitted by qt as 55.64.

So, instead of subtracted the fee from your deposit upfront, they now add it to the amount submitted to your bank.

I like that better actually.

.....but if you had planned to lose 53 you lost a little more instead.....make it for 1 year and .....you'll see.

but if you only want to play with 53.00 then as you had to do under previous method, you just deposit less accounting for the fee being added to the submitted transaction.

This way though if I want to deposit 50.00 so I can make two 25.00 deposits at the casinos, I simply enter 50.00.

Technically there isn't much difference once you know this is how they are doing it now. When you deposit, you have to take the fee into account, thats all.
