I recently downloaded this casino and got free bonus and made playthru and won $50. Well I had to deposit $25 to get the darn $50 but i thought what the heck maybe I'll get lucky (NOT). Well my cashout was on 4/27 i finally went to the casino banking and saw my withdrawal was complete on 4/30. I checked my QT acct and saw the funds were never deposited , so I questioned QT support about it and was told the funds were put into the wrong account. Now! Black Diamond is saying they acknowledge the problem and I've have to wait another 10 business days for a measly $50 thats crazy it was thier error and they're making me pay for it.Please beware!

wow, that is really not good, and for them to also put the money in the wrong account... that is a huge warningsign for me!!!

My question is..how would QT know that it went to the wrong account? There isn't any way for them to tell.Sorry you have to wait but I cashed out Sunday...had the docs approved Monday and the money was in QT Monday afternoon. So far they have been the fastest Rival.
