MG new jan games

I was playing last night at a mg casino. Logged out and when i went back into play again I noticed the new jan games available. So I downloaded artic hellboy and robot butler. I played the rest of my funds till I busted. I then logged out and thought maybe i should make another deposit and play these new set of games a little more. To my surprise they had vanished. Not only that live chat kept saying this was impossible to of been playing them at all. So I went and looked at my game play and there it was the 3 new games posted that I had played and lost to. Has this happened to anyone else? And if this was yourself that happened to what are your feelings on this?

What casino?

It`s a bit strange, I guess. Ask them if you can get your money back..It`s worth a try..

They will not issue my money back to me. At the moment I am still waiting on their rep from cm to respond back to me. If they have not responded by tomorrow then I will list the name of the casino involved.

Here's a link that 32Red put up for the new Hellboy slot, which they say is coming out approximately mid January (according to info I saw posted on GPWA).

This happened to me once before as well....maybe a year ago or more. I also asked about it. I hadn't actually played the new games, but had definitely seen them available a day prior to playing. The explanation I was given is that new games are actually already installed in the software at a prior date, and then on the date of release are made live or available. So say for instance, whenever the last time is that the MG software performed an update...they may have already installed the Hellboy slot and the other one, and in error, they were made live.

Let us know Laura, cause I'm curious if you are given a similar explanation as well.

I just loaded 32Red, and sure enough, as posted in the other thread, they have upgraded to this newest version of the software. I'd almost guarantee that's what's happened Laura. The new January games were included with the newest update/software version....but were not meant to be visible to us as yet.

How did your games play BTW? The posters in the other thread are saying that they reels are spinning horrible since the update.

The slots as most of the new games added played very tight. I did hear back from their rep just now. He says he will look into it and replies with well laura
at least you can say you are one of the first to play the new mg jan games.
LOL. But i also have been playing at 3 other mg casinos today and i thought it was my puter acting up. I either wait forever for the spins to stop or reels 2 and 4 stop before 1 and 3 and 5. I am also at the point with the online casinos playing so tight. That with them sucking the fun right out of the games I may just lay back deposits for a few months. They just seem so boring to me no bonus rounds free spin rounds and if you do they pay 0. I played one game bonus round 50 spins all I did win out of that was the scatter that got me my spins in the first place.

That's what I was referring to...the actual mechanics of the slots, not the payouts. So, the reels were very slow for you as well...and jerky? DeBeuker sounds like his experience is horrid in the slot play. I'm almost dreading playing, if this is the way they're going to spin.

take screenshots of your playcheck where these games show up so you can prove to them that you did in fact play them.

As far as getting your money back, I doubt you will.....unless the server logs don't show any of your play, and then of course you should get your money back....
