take screenshots of your playcheck where these games show up so you can prove to them that you did in fact play them.

As far as getting your money back, I doubt you will.....unless the server logs don't show any of your play, and then of course you should get your money back....

Not getting your money back is fair, you just got the games too early. A good thing that comes from this is that if any AMERICANS get to play the new games because the block has failed, the casinos equally CANNOT confiscate the winnings due to the same principle.
