Sorry to hear you are having problems. Generally, proper fraud scrubbing would not allow such a transaction to occur. Your home address must match the billing address or the card is rejected. If the casino is smart and reputable, they would refund the money. You could threaten the casino that you will go to the credit card company and get your money back. Also, you could threaten the casino that you will notify your credit card company and Visa, if possible, the transaction was made with an uncoded merchant account. Lastly, you could contact your credit card issuer and explain your card information was stolen, file a police report, and request a refund. However, If you go this route, you will never be able to use that credit card again.
Good luck. In the future, maybe using an e-cash, or e-wallet product might be the best way to go. My payment offering is still development. I can assure you that this type of transaction will not occur within my company.
