    Your Moneybookers account

    PM Markus.You will have to read Moneybookers terms and conditions of using their account <read all the fine print> to see if you're out of luck on your 2000 EU or not.

    Remember, these online people for most part don't know you, they've never met you in person, they barely trust you.That's is a major problem when dealing with any person online.

    This problem is going to happen in the future, and has happened to people's accounts like through Paypal and through credit cards, bank accounts.

    As long as there are genius level minded people out there running the casinos, running business, programmers, that also means there will be people who scam and hackers too.

    If your account was not hacked by a Moneybooker's employee, then you will have to read the Terms and Conditions of having an account again, you may need to get Casinomeister involved.

    You may need to line up a lawyer that does international business law, in order to be ready for a possible lawsuit against Moneybookers.

    If you're not the only person this has happened to, then a class action lawsuit may be needed globally to deal with this company if they are in the wrong towards you.

    1)Go back to the contract you did when you first joined this site.Read the fine print.

    2)Tell Casinomeister directly what's going on and ask why does this company and others like it, have no affiliate on this website.

    3)Obviously continue to save your dialogue with this company, get people's names that you're dealing business with <first and last if possible> and keep asking questions you want answered, because this money didn't just disappear like it was burned.

    4)If possible, arrange a face to face meeting, whether it be over webcam or in person with this company at their office.There are real people on their end, real banks they deal business with.It shows the court that you made the effort to see these online business people in person.

    5)Contact a lawyer if you are 100% that you are still in the right, that does international business law and file suit against Moneybookers.

    You'll find out very quickly if you are out of luck, or you have a serious case against them for more than your $2000 EU, because the truth is there, but it does take time for it to be revealed from the covers ups and all those business dealings.

    6)You may want to bring this up to your member of your government, of your location/city/province and see if this situation isn't coming up in other parts of your country.

    Some of these companies just want their "cake and eat it too" and companies have a history of not being responsible for all of their actions.

    Industrial revolution is proof of how bad companies can get, and with the cyber revolution, it will happen again.

    Good luck with your business dealings.

    Dealing with Moneybookers.

    PMMarkus.I wouldn't want the same thing to happen to me now or in the future, because online gambling is going to stay globally.

    I wouldn't want my online bank accounting or PayPal or any business account getting hacked and robbed, and have people at those companies, to simply shrug their shoulders and put the blame <the blame game> and put it onto me, or in this case, onto you.

    The good news, is that the technology will improve, and the faceless companies, will become more real, to prove their identity too.

    With webcams and microphone technology, it's nice to be able to make a real contact with someone, even if they work thousands of miles away.

    Global business is changing because of the internet.It's taking that old fashioned bulletin board system back in the 80's and globalizing it.

    I hope that you and Money bookers will work out your business problem that you have with them.

    With what you can disclose, have things in your dispute improved, since my thread message to you?

    Best wishes.

    There were unauthorized logins on your Moneybookers account. The account is currently locked and all the merchants, who received funds from it, are contacted. So we are doing everything possible for the moment.

    Please send to us :
    - Your valid official identification document such as your international
    passport, national identity card or drivers license;
    - Proof of address such as recent utility bill or bank statement;
    - A handwritten declaration that you authorize a Moneybookers representative to change the primary e-mail of your account, where you will receive your new password.

    We will keep you in touch

    Kind regards,
    Moneybookers Security
    I received one these not long ago. I threw to the side and labeling it "phishing email". MoneyBookers usually request this information via upload within their site.
