Click2Pay - What you say to THIS !!

Hi,

I use C2P very often. Fast, easy, no fees. Really nice, to this point.

But, have ever tried to track your transactions ? NO CHANCE !!!

The transaction list is a farce !! It has a wrong sequencing, it is missing ANY transaction IDs, and it is missing the funds they take from your home bank account. At the end, it has no balancing after each transaction, so you never know where you are.

If you have many transactions, as well as many credits, you can never track if a bank account payment is right or wrong.

I asked the support to explain me a single payment from my home bank acount. They say, they are NOT ABLE TO say from where it comes. Normal, they say. I ask, is this possible? They are NOT able to track their own system?

They earn loads of fees from me, and they cannot explain me one single transaction ? Pfff...

If you think the same way, please complain to them, that they should at least have a correct tansaction list, including IDs and balances !

I also have c2p i did notice few dif in my deposits but i think that has something to do with timing to relay back to credit card. I had won a nice sum of money and cp2 did have a chq sent to me within 5 days mind u took my back 20 to clear as it was paid in euros. I paid the 10 dollars for them to send me a debit card back in feb yet im still trying to get answer back on that one more then we will look into it. So now i stick with instadebit comes right out of bank account within seconds so im happy and havent used c2p in few weeks now. Being a cdn
a lot of other ways to deposit is tough at least for me its like jumping through hoops to set up anything else and live support is clueless at best to help you.
So i will stick with instadebit.

Seems Click2Pay are just as inept as they were 3 years ago when I finally lost my patience with them.

Their transaction list is hard to follow, and has to be analysed in conjunction with the records of the casino(s) played, and the source of the funds.
They started charging me extra without warning for using a Credit card as my source, and then tried to blame my card company, who were innocent.
They refused to update their website for some while, and even now only mention the POSSIBILITY of extra fees, but still try to pass the blame onto the card companies.

BS - this is how Click2Pay pulled this stunt. I have a UK POUND account at Click2Pay, and depisited to casinos where I had accounts in UK Pounds. They billed my credit card in UK pounds, and the amounts matched, all was fine.
Suddenly, and without warning, I got a credit card bill where I found that they had started to bill my card in US DOLLARS, yet my Click2Pay account was STILL in UK Pounds, and the funds were shown on my Click2Pay statement as both arriving, and leaving, in UK Pounds. The "fees" resulted from TWO sets of completely unnecessary currency exchanges from Click2Pay, and a THIRD through my card company. This resulted in me being charged THREE TIMES for completely unneccessary exchanges between the UK Pound and the US Dollar. THEY then tried to blame my CARD COMPANY for the whole affair, which was BS, since it was Click2Pay that sent the request as US Dollars, not anything to do with my card company.
This was rogue behaviour in the extreme, and was later followed by the manner in which they treated US "customers" with the passing of UIGEA.

It seems they are still at it, as the occasional complaints here show. They are BELOW even Neteller in my estimation.

When was that? What was the issuer bank? I strongly suspect that their bank does some extra conversions even when cashing in their checks. Last year I got an USD check from them, but their bank paid in EUR, so it costed me 35USD... Now they state on their web site that they issue all checks in USD, that can be easily true, but how the hell does their bank pay in EUR still... This time I will cash-in their USD check into an USD account, let's see what happens.

Yes was paid to me in euros and did take my bank weeks to clear that.
But there was no extra fees attached with it at all. Only fee extra i have
paid was for their debit card and ive emailed them again i wouldnt use c2p untill i get my card then you dont need any of these chqs they send you you just go to your bank and withdraw your winnings that way but im sure will have a fee with it but much easier then waiting for a chq and clearing it.

Maybe I have to mention that I'm from Germany and because of that I have virtually NO fees with C2P.

As funding I use "Lastschrift", which is, C2P pulls an amount from my home bank account when I pay in the net and have no funds on C2P to cover it.

This is really nice, because for me it is the safest way to pay, as I have the right to cancel such "Lastschrift" in my bank and then C2P has to proof that all is correct. Of course, after doing so, thery will not letting you use it again, if all was correct.

And, C2P is the only thing I know that has absolutly no fees, even for withdrawals to my home bank account, no fees, and the currency exchange rate is absolute correct and the same in BOTH ways of exchange ( you never lose a cent) !!

But their transaction list a farce, thats a fact !

Corey1972 is on a distinguished road
Not only that, but the entire Click2Pay window is way limited in size, and you can't even resize it. So when you're looking at your transactions, you can only see like 2 or 3 at a time. (Just drag the text with your mouse and copy it and paste it into notepad).

As a USA user, I've completely quit C2P. I even told their customer service (when they had a working phone number in the USA) that it was the worst web user interface I have ever seen.

Funnily enough, this is how Click2Pay used to work for me, they pulled UK Pounds from my card when my account did not have the funds, and there were no fees. It wasn't broke, so why did they fix it, and create a system that used THREE currency exchange transactions just to move, say, £50 from my card to xxxxxx casino!

Neteller have fees, but they are much clearer, and the transaction list is easier to follow.

Yes, I've heard so many complaints on C2P from users from outside Germany.

But for Germany, it's fine. I think it is because they have a part of their Company here and are able to carry out bank transfers to german bank accounts for free - so it is free for the users. Dont know if this is true, but was always wondering why it's all free for me there.

Only I cannot understand why an e-wallet has such a terrible transaction list that is missing all vital things !!!

Maybe it is because they claim that they're NOT an e-wallet, but an "online payment society".... Bad reason

just a query

Off topic a bit, I was wondering if anyone has ever had a withdrawl go into limbo? I had made 2 on May 31 from a reputable casino that I've never had problems with before..no fault on their part as I received the verification email that it was approved. I emailed support as it never made it to my c2p account and normally I would receive them in a day or 2 - except 3Dice where it's in my account before I finish clicking...sometimes I swear it's there before I have even decided whether or not to cash out - like it's making up my mind for me to keep me on track Anyway, the afore mentioned cashouts from AusVegas are in limbo. Online chat informed me that they were processed the same day and to check my c2p transactions; which I have. None from the casino let alone any for the amounts in question. That said, I emailed c2p support and haven't heard back..haven't heard back from AV on my status update inquiry either.
Wondering if anyone else has had something similar happen?? c2p has been good for me otherwise - I receive my cheques in fair time only my bank has to hold them for 60 days..which sucks but it's like a little perk when they clear.
