Neteller login problem

Anyone having problems logging into neteller, not had access now for 4 days and had no word on any issues.

I've not had any problems .. been in and out a lot for the past 4 days.

This could be down to a "bad cookie". They recently redesigned the site, and although I was not troubled this time, I have previously had this kind of problem, and resolved it by clearing out all cookies and temporary internet files.

After this, discard any bookmarked links to Neteller log in, and type the address directly into your browser, and saving this as a new bookmark if desired.

You will find the old link to the login has been replaced by a direct login to the bottom right of the main page.

Neteller had maintenance on the 25th also, but was over by the afternoon. The next scheduled outage is on the 29th, a rather unusual time for it (A Saturday), so be prepared.

@ Clawback - Have you contacted Neteller's customer support concerning the
log in problem? It could be browser specific.

So funny - be serious now, this guy actually wants HELP

I saw the Neteller rep, but who are they? I have never seen them active in the forum, even when Neteller issues are raised; still, it can't hurt to send a PM and find out how attentive they are.

One way to test for a browser specific problem is to download Firefox and try that, if this works, and Explorer doesn't, then it indicates a browser problem, which is probably curable by what I posted above.
