imo I haven't slandered them and there is no libel... if i have defamed them I'll be banned from this forum, but will continue the quest for truth by other means if necessary.

Until you mentioned their legal counsel involved in your issue, I would have thought they wouldn't respond but now I think they will.

Good luck, felix
They are just trying to scare me off! They can't sue me , firstly they owe me money which we even have a contract in between! They are obligated to pay the money! Secondly, i'm the one who got cheated. So if they sue , they destroy themselves
It's their last shot of hope to shut me up... I won't shut up. I won't stop. If i want i can go sue them but it's a long process and too much to deal with, instead i punish them by letting everyone know what's going on. It's more worthy to me than the money

I dont understand why you promoted them in the first place

http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.c...ys.22298.html?

Cpays have 32vegas & Joyland as to of their best sellers - both rogued sites at Casinomeister....

http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.c...t=17843&page=3

Cpays - B4Playing connection? I have not seen much positive feedback for either.

Tracking & payment issues. Empty promises.

I would say best to avoid

Hi Gary,

I actually thought that it would be a good idea to get multiple cpa until i realized nevermind multiple, you don't even get a CPA because the tools just doesn't convert!

Yeah, I would say you have stumbled upon a bad lot. Probably best to cut your losses. Maybe it is libelous to call them cheats but im sure you know yourself where you stand & im sure they are plenty of threads you can link to, backing your theory without actually causing yourself grief. I for one wont be singing their praises but luckily I chose not to have any dealings with them

Yes, he has been in the industry awhile. He used to be part of a 2nd tier traffic broker program. I was paid for one or two months, then he seemed to disappear. I understand the company he was with and/or owned was sold to another group who refused to honor older payments. I know other webmasters who claim to be owed money as well.

They are aware of this thread (unless the message went into a black hole) and they haven't responded. Tells me a lot right there.

At least by contacting them and referencing this thread, they had a chance to respond... it bumps your credibility up and their's down in my eyes that they didn't even bother to respond; either to me personally (even if it were to threaten me with a lawsuit) or to the forum as a whole. Maybe b4p will dry up and blow away, but as GW noted above, they have partnered with CAP... isn't that one the most important affiliate programs? I dunno.
