Er some very confused posts here regarding "sueing"

Any claim for less than 5000GBP would be handle in the county courts and would cost 120GBP (or less depending on the value of the claim) to raise.

If a claim is allocated to the small claims track as 99.9999% of these would, either party would not be liable for the other sides costs "As long as the claim had substantiated merits" If yours is how you say it is, yours has.

YOU MUST have an address for service of papers to be at an English or Welsh Address though. Scottish law is somewhat different

Hi,

as one of stated, with Moneybookers, there is no chance a chargeback, I wonder, that e.g. 888.com (CasinoOnNet) said to me, they have a 200x playtrough on their bonus for Moneybookers deposit, but only 20x for Paysafe-Card deposits, BECAUSE OF the CHARGEBACKS there !!

What is true ??

Hello everyone,

I was advised to visit your site for help. Here is my story (sorry - it is rather long).
I played at Betfair poker and made a deposit via Moneybookers payment system. After a certain period of time I received a message from Moneybookers that my account was blocked due to some fraudulent activity and they requested copies of ID proving documents which were notariously verified. I sent them but a little late as it is quite difficult and expensive to get them in my country, and also because of lack of time. My account there was not reopened and I found out that my funds ($2000) are confiscated. I phoned them several times but invain. ......

Based on your experience and my friends experience, I suspect that there may be some staffs from moneybookers who did some dirty job of blocking accts and steal the money into their own pocket. My friends moneybookers acct were also blocked and subsequently they simply refuse to reply AT ALL. So DONT USE MONEYBOOKERS AT ALL! DONT!
