What is happening at Click2Pay

I have been trying to withdraw from Click2Pay via their Debit Card. It is not happening. I have rung them 4 times and sent many emails. They are telling me they are having technical problems at the moment and they can't tell me when my money will be transfered to the debit card. I don't like this at all.
I had the same problem 3 months ago, and could not get the money from the debit card, I have actually never been able to use the debit card to withdraw money. It has been 5 days now and still no money. It is in limbo.
This is no way for a company to run their business. Something needs to be done about this. It is ridiculous. If they cant offer the service then don't bother to promote it.
Is anyone else having trouble withdrawing to their Debit Card.
I am not even in the US. I told them to transfer the money back to my Click2Pay account and they said they can't even do that. Looks like another company gone bad

pangloss seems to be zero at this point
This is par for the course for C2P since late last year. Disgraceful I know but Casinos, affiliates and Webmasters keep on promoting them as a safe and secure e-wallet alternative in order to protect income from player losses.

Who you can trust within the on-line Gaming Industry can be literally counted on one hand.

C2P have had ample opportunity to secure and implement an alternative debit card solution. The failure to do so has the scent of insolvency in my nostrils.

Lightbulb THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

Click2pay's debit card is processed through their own Affiliate bank Wirecard AG bank in Germany. So they are full of it! This is why I closed my account with them.

When they say something is temporary, it is usually a permanent problem.

I would advise them that you are going to dispute deposits made from your credit card or bank account up to the amount they owe.

There is nothing they can do if you dispute it.

Maybe the threat will be enough, if not I would follow through with the dispute, especially since you are in Australia. You are not disputing anything but what is owed you.

nektar4d is very cool!nektar4d is very cool!
why u insist with card?

I cant recall other problems with C2P other than slow support and the problematic debit card.
It is well known from the past that their debit card system had problems.
If you had read the posts here u would know.
A lot of cases have been reported and I myself stopped using it immediatelly after the first unhappy experience (no ther problems except this, I believe its a reliable company so far).
And u had used it before 3 months with problems again, why u used it also now?!

You are not losing your money, just find another way to withdraw.
If you cant through click2pay, just use that money to fund your future play and withdraw with other ewallet/method.

It's usual for them. Now it's usual for me to withdraw money to my debit card and wait for 2 weeks. They always have technical problems, but it's the best way for me to receive money
