its seems to be that they have a problem with this iban/bic number on accounts that were already set up before the change

Well, they are in "trouble" now,

Everything has gone offline, even the corporate site. It is not even possible to open the main page to see what the "fault message" says.

I cannot believe that a well run operation would have so many complete outages, as well as all the "scheduled maintenance" outages that are not really "sheduled" but rather "random". But there again, this is Neteller, not your normal "well run operation".

No need to panic, last time this happened they came back the next day, not even so much as a "sorry", but it turned out they had just crashed their servers - there's a cure for this, it's called "capital investment".

It was down for over an hour, but indeed came back within 10 minutes of my post, but no apology or notice of what happened for that hour.

It's not like they are inundated with US & Canadian player transactions around this time, as they once would have been.
