PaySpark account locked and I can't get my remaining balance!

Here's the story. On January 24th I learned that PaySpark (a.k.a. EziPay) was not allowing US customers to make transfers to gambling merchants. Then I try to log into my account and find it's locked. WTF?

So I email them about it and this was their response:
    Dear XX

    Thank you for contacting queries@CSC24Seven.com.

Please be advised that "PaySpark and EZIPay do not permit or support transactions from countries where online gaming is considered illegal.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards

    The CSC24Seven Team
Stunned at their cryptic, non-helpful reply I email back with:
    Dear PaySpark,

I am aware that you no longer process gaming transactions for your US customers. I’m not sure why that should prevent me from simply logging in to check my balance.

In any event, my main concern is that I will be able to withdraw the funds remaining in my account. Can you at least assure me that I will be receiving the ATM card that I recently requested for my account?

    Sincerely,

    XX XXX

Their reply to that was the following:
    Dear XX

We will not be able to forward the ATM card and the request for your available funds has been escalated to the relevant department and we will advise shortly.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind regards

    The CSC24Seven Team
Well guess what? That was two days ago, and I haven't heard anything despite an email later that day that I would be getting a response to my issue within 24 hours. Now they are just ignoring my latest email.

Guess it's open season now for ewallets to screw US customers.

Did you see all the Hezbollah flare up that was on the news all this past week from Beiruit where Payspark is located, don't know if that has or has not affected the transactions though, but anything now days is possible and it could have.

I too, and I'm sure every other Payspark customer that has tried to contact them in the last week, has gotten the "form letter" (a.k.a. "cover thy ass") about how they do not particpate in transactions where online gaming is illegal"...wow, wonder who the mastermind behind that gem was?

Very disappointing for those of us from the US who have been very loyal patrons of payspark over the years. I myself have probably transacted over $100,000 with them (in deposits and withdrawals) just last year alone....to get this kind of response from them is unprofessional and offensive. On top of that, they didn't even have the professional courtesy to personally email their customers that they were pulling out of the US market - I, and many others had to find out by suddenly not being able to log into their accounts. Thank God I didn't have any remaining funds in there when they pulled the plug, but I can sympathize with those who did....yet, what do you wanna bet - if you decided to decline some of your recent transactions or disputed them with your bank, I'd bet you'd surely get a "personalized" email, eh? Sad, very sad.

Well, that might work, it's based in Beirut, and you could tell your bank that your money has just "disappeared" into the bowels of a "terrorist run country" and you need help getting it back because they have cut off all meaningful communications. I'll bet the US will want to relieve "Hezbollah" of money with any excuse they can think up - so why not give them a hand. PaySpark will have a great deal to lose, and many top name MG casinos will be sucked in, as MG practically invented PaySpark, and forcibly signed players up by using their casino registration details to open an account in their name. (Believe it or not, I have TWO payspark accounts from this, one from JP Factory & one from BelleRock, a complimentary £5 is in one of them, allegedly!)

So nothing new to report. It looks like they're fine with confiscating my money. Outrageous.

Bryan, this may be a first, but do you take PABs regarding payment processors?

Yeah, that's rich. Only a few days before the lockouts, PaySpark announced with great fanfare that I could now use my account wherever the EziPay symbol is shown. Um, if it wasn't "illegal" to use my account in online gaming transactions then, why is it the case now?

    unexpected turnaround?

I'm shocked. Today I got an e-mail from PaySpark saying they hope to find a resolution in the next seven days to paying out my remaining funds.

Hopefully I'm not getting my chain jerked again. I'll be updating what comes of this latest development.

Yes, I just was just informed by PaySpark that they need some documents, after which my funds will be paid by ACH.

    *sigh* Here we go again.

I have not received the promised ACH payment of my funds, even though I provided PaySpark with all the documents it requested over a month ago. And now they've gone back to ignoring my emails again.

Anyone still using a PaySpark account should be wary of doing business with people like this.
