    I OWE NETELLER MONEY....

[COLOR="Black"]just wondering if anyone was told by neteller besides myself that they have a negative balance in their account? it seems in all the uproar i had made a transaction which neteller allowed ,but my bank denied the funds to neteller,. so i am in the red. they were very nice but told me on the phone i should send a money order to cover the negative amount (100.00).it seems if this happened to me there would be more than just myself owing neteller.

My account also shows I am in the negative with Neteller. Was wondering how that happened. Strange.

Well my balance is showing zero, but they are still holding over $700 of my money and so far they refuse to send it to me...

There is NO excuse at all for not sending out ALL the money to us residents.
The idea that a 'run' on the banks has slowed everything down is a bunch of bull shit.

My payments were stopped by neteller the day the founders were arrested and within two hours of their arrest, way before any 'run' could have started.

Neteller also lied to me on several occasions, telling me they had already sent me my check and that UPS had not given them a tracking number, a lie, they had the check sitting on the desk in front of them as they told me this, I know this because they gave me the check number and after being confronted, the rep adimited lying to me.

Now I don't know about any of you, but when someone holding MY money lies to me, I stop trusting them. After lying to me time after time after time, well I get the message that I am not going to get MY MONEY.

Neteller is lying (again) and has NO plans to give Americans ANY of the money they are holding.

If you are an American and Neteller is still holding your money, your not going to get any of YOUR MONEY BACK... Not now, Not ever!

    Think I am over stating?

Any of you Americans that receive any of your money from Neteller from this moment on please post here that you received YOUR money...

Just suck it up folks... we all got ripped off and with the help of our own government to boot.

    Problems

Unfortunately, US players affected by this are not legally allowed to fund their Neteller accounts as Neteller is solely a gambling payment processor. Neteller probably realises this, and seems to be having their own problems in paying players who have a positive balance in their accounts.

I fail to see why US players with a negative balance should bend over backwards to correct this when the attitude of Neteller to players they can't pay is "tough, beyond our control".

US players should realise that there is little Neteller can do if the banks block the linked account. I suggest players contact Neteller stating they are seeking legal advice over whether sending a money order would be permissible now that the arrest of the founders has made Neteller change it's own legal position on the matter.

I have today requested a large withdrawal from my own Neteller account. I know how long this SHOULD take, and I will see if there really IS a "workload" issue, or whether they are processing bank transfers in the usual 4 to 6 business days I have become used to.
(Unlikely they would mess with a UK account though, as they would feel the heat from the FSA - their licence here in the UK is something that they will find incredibly valuable to them in September)

that's a good decision. so long as you're certain you don't owe them the money, don't let them bully you.

    Either way....

What are they going to do, sue you?
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

well it seems i do owe neteller the 100.00 because my bank denied the transaction and i had already used the neteller funds that they allowed me at the time of my transaction request. it just so happened the bank stoped the transaction before it cleared neteller. anyway ill wait till i get a email from them before i pay.. seems they may be going under anyway.
