    Is your bank declining ewallet transactions?

    Are you in the us and have had your bank decline ewallet transaction?
    which bank and which ewallet? (click2pay, neteller ect.)

    Yes. I have a Payspark account, and haven't had a problem with any of my credit cards/debit cards in funding it until I got these two credit cards, but that was because they do not accept foreign/intl transactions.

    But then, I tried to use my bank debit card (HSBC) and I was advised by them that they will not authorize online gambling transactions (like many banks) but then they denied the Payspark (which isn't boldly and clearly stated as "internet gambling") request. Weirdest thing is, Payspark's finance is also through an HSBC account- HSBC is stated on their site and cards as "the World's Bank". Go figure.
