Neteller about as Helpful as a Chocolate Fireguard

Now NETeller really are taking the piss. Just been told I have to phone them, which I wont, but they told me to phone a number beginning 0870 and tried to tell me its free. I said it isnt free but she insisted it was. I was argueing the point with here, saying it costs up to 10p per minute, when she just terminated the chat

I told them I don�t have access to a 800 number, so if they could please call me...

Within 30 minutes a CS supervisor contacted me with no problem..

Netellers CS is amazing...

I sent them an email on Friday.
No reply so I resent it on Saturday to pr@net admin@net support@net security@net and still I have not received a reply.
The site is down for scheduled maintenance again this morning but its that scheduled they have not told their customers

Hardly what i would call amazing
