My god!!! that is just scary.... Here in Costa Rica I have 5 bank accounts, 2 credit cards and none of them have ever gave me a problem with online or land based gambling. The only problem is that they get so approved that some years ago I didn't have enough for regular human needs....

Anyways, its a shame how the US is little by little controlling everything they want.. Not only within their territory but all around the globe.

The most amazing thing, is that their marketing team has been so #@#@^% GOOD, that either everyone believes they are doing good or they have been so brainwashed that they don't longer care what happens or have realized that their conections with the darkest side of hell is to powerful to be stopped.. (I believe I belong in that grouop)

I guess funding neteller with a gift card would work best for us that dont want our banks to know what we are doing?? would have to get atm card from them (or can do click2pay I suppose) and keep it active.
Will the casinos refund to a netspend debit card?

Not if you're in the USA, and I'm really not sure if you can get them from any other country, so....I doubt it.

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

    Neteller stupid.

If Neteller were indeed helping players by having another go at transacting because of bank restrictions, they should know damn well that it is not an n/s/f issue and should never have been charging the 30 bucks in the first place. Had they done so, this thread would not have delved so deep into the murky underbelly of cicumventing Uncle Sam, Neteller would have kept the flow going, and players would not have need to complain about being hit unexpectedly with a raft of unexplained fees, thus feeling the need to vent on Casinomeister because Neteller CS are so damn useless, even when they DO bother to look into your issues.

I have rejected Moneybookers because I was not born yesterday. Sure, you save a bit on the fees, but it costs 60p a minute to pick an argument on the phone with their CS, whereas it is free to yell down the phone in frustration during the fourth call to useless Neteller CS who never got back to you as promised, nor fixed the problem.
